HYROX is a high-energy, performance-driven training program designed to prepare athletes of all fitness levels for the world’s fastest-growing fitness race. Blending endurance, strength, functional movements, and conditioning, each workout is challenging yet scalable, pushing your limits and unlocking your inner athlete. Classes focus on race-style training with movements featured in HYROX competitions—running intervals, sled pushes and pulls, wall balls, lunges, rowing, ski erg, farmers carries, and more. Expect structured workouts that build cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, power, and mental toughness.
